1. Enrollment & Approval

Enrollment in the Program is subject to approval. We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Applications that promote illegal, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content will be rejected.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must promote AlerTrax in a legal, ethical, and truthful manner.

Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our products, services, or pricing.

Affiliates may not run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) bidding on our brand name, domain, or trademarked terms without prior written approval.

Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading links.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of AlerTrax.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will receive unique referral links and/or discount codes through Tapfiliate.

Proper use of these links/codes is required to ensure tracking and credit.

We are not responsible for commissions not tracked due to improper use of links, ad blockers, or customer device/browser settings.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission structure is defined within Tapfiliate and may include recurring commissions for subscription renewals.

Commissions are only earned on valid, completed transactions that are not refunded, charged back, or disputed.

Payouts will be made via the method shown in Tapfiliate (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, direct deposit) once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

Payment timelines: [e.g., Net 30 days after the end of the month].

Any taxes due on commissions are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent AlerTrax products or services.

• Use “cookie stuffing” or forced clicks.

• Purchase through their own affiliate links for personal use (self-referrals).

• Offer discounts, coupons, or incentives not approved by AlerTrax.

• Engage in activities that could harm the reputation of AlerTrax.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.

We may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue, and the Affiliate must remove all promotional materials and links.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, from participation in the Program.

Our maximum liability to any Affiliate will not exceed the total commissions paid to that Affiliate during the past six months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].

By registering as an Affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
