If your business already has a portal, app, or dashboard that your customers use every day, sending them to a separate AlerTrax login for tracking data is friction nobody needs. The AlerTrax API lets approved partners pull live device location, alerts, and history directly into their own software, so tracking becomes one more feature of the platform you already offer instead of another tab to check.
